The Production Process of Stainless Steel Thermos Flask

The stainless steel thermos flask is made of double stainless steel inside and outside. The inner tank and outer shell are combined by welding technology, and the air in the interlayer between the tank and shell is pumped out by vacuum technology to achieve the effect of vacuum insulation. It is very different from other cups such as coffee tumblers.

2、 Processing flow of inner shell

Inner pipe picking - cutting pipe - flat pipe - bulging - rolling up angle - flat upper opening - flat bottom opening - thread rolling - cleaning and drying - Inspection and tapping - butt welding - water test and leakage detection - drying - qualified tank

3、 Shell and inner shell assembly process

With cup mouth - welding junction - pressing the middle bottom - welding bottom - inspecting the welding bottom - spot welding getter for the middle bottom - vacuumizing - temperature measuring - electrolysis - polishing - Testing polishing - pressing the outer bottom - Painting - sampling temperature measurement - testing the painting - silk screen printing - Packaging - the finished products are put into storage.
